SCC – Carmelite

Southern Cross Care tasked us with writing and producing two TV/Cinema spots showcasing their new high end Carmelite Retirement Living development. We chose to use the first-person experience to place the viewer in the shoes of a Carmelite resident and the response for SCC was a surge in sales, with all remaining available apartments selling out within months.
